The company gives spares to its customers as samples on trial basis, taking into consideration the price of the spare and the requirement of the customer. |
| Delivery and Product Guarantees |
Goods will be dispatched within 4-5 weeks after the order is placed, depending on the products. |

Payment Terms and Conditions |
For Exports: If the amount is less than $1000, 100% Advance payment is required. If the amount is greater that $1000, payment is made against LC/TT. For Domestic: 100% Advance. For costly spares, 50% advance and balance against performa invoice.
